Our story
Michael and Fotis were in their early twenties when they decided to embark on a culinary journey. It was a spur-of-the-moment decision driven by enthusiasm, passion and ambition, unrestricted by ‘cuisine’ labels. Their obsession with delicious, high-quality fast-food quickly turns ‘Trigono’ on Nikis Street - a small street in Amfiali – into a point of reference among its first customers.
The simple, humble cheeseburger is quickly succeeded by a juicy, stuffed burger along with a steak burger with crispy pancetta. Pasta, pizza, crepes and many more dishes for sworn meat-eaters dominate the menu.
10 years later, with customers lining up, Michael and Fotis decide to relocate in a new venue on P. Fyssa Street. Fully renovated but just as warm as the previous one, it welcomes its old but also new customers to offer them the same delicious taste and high-quality ingredients at reasonable prices.
